1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All Rights Reserved: All audio assets including but not limited to beats, melody loops, chord progressions, drum kits, sample packs, one-shots, sound effects, graphics, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Zyrus Prodz and Rafay Rajput.
Copyright Protection: Downloading any content (whether free or paid) does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the sound to you. You are only granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the sounds according to your specific agreement.
2. Licensing & Usage Rights
A. Free Downloads (Non-Commercial Use)
Any beat, loop, or sample pack marked as "Free" is strictly for personal, non-commercial, and promotional use only (e.g., non-monetized YouTube videos, free Soundcloud uploads, or private practice).
You cannot upload songs made with free downloads to paid streaming platforms (like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) or monetize them without acquiring a commercial license.
Proper credit must be given in the title or description (e.g., “Prod. by Zyrus Prodz” or “Prod. by Rafay Rajput”).
B. Paid Downloads (Commercial Use)
To distribute your music commercially, generate streaming revenue, or perform live for profit, you must purchase a Lease (Non-Exclusive) or Exclusive License.
Each commercial purchase is bound by its specific licensing agreement regarding stream limits, radio airplay, and distribution rights.
C. Sample Packs, Loops, and One-Shots
Royalty-Free/Clearance: Our loops and sample packs are subject to specific clearance rules. For independent releases, loops may be royalty-free, but major label placements or high-stream releases require clearance and royalty/publishing splits with Zyrus Prodz.
Reselling Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our one-shots, loops, or sample packs as standalone sound libraries or elements in other sound kits.
3. Refunds and Digital Delivery
Instant Delivery: All digital products (ZIP files, WAV/MP3 files) are delivered digitally immediately after a successful transaction or download request.
No Refunds: Due to the downloadable nature of digital audio software and sound assets, all sales are final. Once a link is generated or files are downloaded, Zyrus Prodz cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use our platform or sound assets to:
Engage in any illegal activity or violate local, national, or international copyright laws.
Misrepresent ownership or claim that you created a Zyrus Prodz beat, loop, or sample from scratch.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to mass-download our catalog without explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zyrus Prodz, its CEO Rafay Rajput, and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, platform distribution bans, copyright strikes on your social media accounts, or financial losses arising from improper licensing clearance.
6. Termination of Rights
Zyrus Prodz reserves the right to terminate your license and take legal or administrative action (such as DMCA takedown notices) if you violate any part of these Terms, including unauthorized commercial use of our intellectual property.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
