How to Prepare Your Audio Files for Mixing

Export Format: Export all uncompressed audio stems in 24-bit WAV format at their native sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz).
Bypass Processing: Disable all master bus limiters, heavy compressors, or demo reverb plugins before exporting.
Alignment & Labels: Ensure all stems start from 0:00 time marker and clearly label track channels (e.g., Lead Vocal, Kick, Snare, Bass 808).
BPM & Key Info: Include song tempo (BPM) and scale key in your upload folder or contact note.

Mixing & Mastering FAQ

What is the turnaround time for a song?

Standard turnaround time for a Single Mix & Master is 3 to 5 business days. Stereo Mastering alone is delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

What audio files will I receive after completion?

You will receive 24-bit/44.1kHz Uncompressed WAV (Mastered for streaming platforms like Spotify & Apple Music), high-bitrate 320kbps MP3, and instrumental versions upon request.

Do you tune raw vocal tracks?

Yes, pitch correction and vocal tuning (Auto-Tune / Melodyne styling) are fully included in our Vocal Mix, Full Mix, Pro Deluxe, EP, and Album packages.

What if I need changes to my mix?

Each package comes with free revision passes. You can request specific adjustments to volume levels, effects, or EQ balance until the mix hits your exact vision.

Payment & Engineering Policy

💳 Payment Schedule

50% upfront deposit is required to start mixing engineering. Remaining 50% balance is payable upon final mix approval prior to full high-res unwatermarked WAV delivery.

⚡ Delivery & File Formats

Final mastered audio (24-bit WAV & 320kbps MP3) is delivered via secure Google Drive or Wetransfer download links directly to your email address.

🔄 Revision Policy

Revisions cover level balances, vocal levels, EQ, and FX tweaks. Adding new audio stems after work has started may incur additional stem setup fees.

🔒 Refund Policy

Due to the time-intensive audio engineering work, deposits are non-refundable once the initial mix preview track has been rendered and delivered.
